Purpose Design

To better support the strategic planning design process outlined in the book we're add the following:

• Goal Ideation Worksheet - generate goal statements in reference to your drivers

• Goal Worksheet - a tool to evaluate and prioritise your goal statements

• Strategy Canvas - used to draft an individual strategy to achieve a goal

• Future Impact Catalyst Canvas - start a movement - a tool to support design of impactful interventions.

Operating Model Design

We have added the following:

• Teams Deployment Worksheet - a tool to prompt thinking about the style of deployment most appropriate for the outcomes you want to achieve.

• Team Role Card - a tool to help get clear on what your team does and how to engage

Change Design

• Strategy Horizons Canvas - again a tool to round out the strategy design process

The Book:

We're already planning for the second edition. The next edition will include:

• Worked examples and outputs from our friends at Cleanpath.

• A section on 'design initiation' activities - what they are, why use them, and how to design them.

• In depth coverage of how to most effectively use AI within your design process.
